It is, again, political, and human weakness exposed. Of course, it may be lucky for human to have wise leader in the military. However, I think BSG again and again question the functionality of “Democracy”, especially under these crucial circumstances. <\/p>\n
But this isn’t that surprising isn’t it? Ultimately, there is no democracy. People do not know what’s best for themselves; they never do. Will of the people are often times, created by politicians because people DO listen, then choose something to believe in.<\/p>\n
This is what I love about BSG. There is no other show that I’ve seen that address or explore such human weakness in such a fantastic way. It is perhaps way beyond what people care about the reality of politics. And that’s exactly why it is epic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
