I am not quite happy about Apple’s recent moves. Intel Core Duo is good, but it makes all your old customers cry: we are not buying computers like they are free!
Now let’s talk about iLife and iWork ’06. For iLife, I basically just need iPhoto. So why should I spend my money to buy all the apps I don’t need? And I still have the coupon saying for Mac OS X and iLife. However, Apple is not offering any upgrade discount for iLife and iWork. Many users are complaining about this in Apple Store. So, what is going on? Apple is good, iLife is good, iWork is just fine. But the problem is, Apple is becoming too greedy. Just like iTMS, they sell videos for $1.99. But why should I spend $1.99 for an episode if I just want to watch it once (this is especially true for TV, MV is better)?
Now, Jobs, you think about that.
